Please note as a courtesy to all clients who will be after you it is important that you arrive early. Please make sure you arrive early and there is normally a leeway of 15 minutes. If you will be arriving more than 30 minutes late for the appointment, you might need to call to confirm if there is still an available spot or the need to reschedule the appointment.
To confirm your booking, you must pay at least 50% upfront payment. At the end of the booking you will see a link that will ask that you make payment. If for any reasons, you are unable to make your appointment we would require 48 hours’ notice if you wish to get a refund. However, after 48 hours there will be no refund but you can reschedule your appointment to a day more suitable for you. If you experience a huge shed immediately after fixing your lash extensions, please kindly contact us and get it looked at and addressed within 5 days of installation at no extra cost. Please note that there will be no refunds. If there is for any reason for an allergic reaction to the eyelash extensions, we will be willing to remove the eyelash extensions at no other costs but will not offer a refund.
You can cancel your appointment 12 hours before the time however you will need to reschedule a suitable time for you. To be eligible for a refill, please ensure you still have at least 50% – 40% of the lashes. If no lashes remaining, then it will be considered a full set.
